You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use the site. You may be asked to verify your age through an independent third-party provider ([AGE VERIFICATION VENDOR]) before you can access companions, conversations, images or any explicit content. A payment card is not proof of age.

If we have reason to believe you are under 18, we will end your session, suspend your account pending re-verification, and terminate it and refund any payments if confirmed.

Every companion on the site, including Mia, is a fictional character generated entirely by artificial intelligence. She is not a human, is not operated by a human, and does not depict or imitate any real person. Companion chatbots may not be suitable for some minors.

Companions do not give medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or, in the US, call or text 988.

• ▸Keep your login private. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared or resold.
• ▸Give accurate information, including your date of birth.
• ▸You are responsible for activity on your account.

You must follow the Content Policy. Attempting to obtain prohibited content (including anything involving minors, non-consent, or real people) leads to suspension or a permanent ban and, where the law requires, a report to authorities such as NCMEC.

• ▸No uploads: the service does not accept photos, video, audio or voice samples.
• ▸No attempts to make a companion resemble or imitate a real person.
• ▸No scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing safety filters.

Companions remember details you share so conversations feel continuous. You can view and delete memories and close your account. How we handle data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, the Content Policy, or the law, or that are involved in fraud or chargeback abuse. You can close your account at any time.
